Carolyn came to Novell with the WordPerfect acquisition where she worked on the PerfectPrint technology for the WordPerfect and Presentations products. In 1998, Carolyn joined the Advanced Development Group; providing content filtering and identity driven access control for the ICS product. Since that time, she has been involved content distribution architecture, at Volera, and continuing policy work at Novell in the areas of role activation, authorization and the eXtensible Policy Mark-up Language (XPEML). XPEML and the supporting extensible policy evaluation engine, are delivered as part of the Access Manager product. Carolyn's current responsibilities include assignments as the team lead for the Access Manager Policy team and the NetWare and Multi-platform Gateway teams for the Access Manager Product |
