Ms. Haley joined HQCM in May 2007 as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Fund Administration. Ms. Haley is also Secretary and Treasurer of the Funds. Previously, Ms. Haley was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 to 2001 and 2003 to 2007. Ms. Haley received a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a BA from Boston University. Ms. Haley is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts and New York. Ms. Haley is responsible for providing support for and participating in all functions provided by the Adviser to the Funds. Ms. Haley is responsible for the administration of the fair valuation process to the extent that the Funds have delegated that duty to the Adviser, certain adviser financial and administrative functions and regulatory compliance matters. Ms. Haley is also responsible for developing procedures and policies that are reasonably designed to ensure that the Funds operate in accordance with the Funds’ registration statements. |
