Carolyn Faehling President Carolyn Faehling has over 20 years of management experience from leadership positions held in the financial services and telecom industries. For 14 years, she served in general management, marketing, operations, and human resources roles for Motorola, Inc., MOTOROLA NORTEL, and Invisix Ms. Faehling joined SEI in early 2007. Prior to joining SEI, she served as the General Manager for Motorola's Public Service Solutions business for North America. She was responsible for managing the sales, development, and delivery for Motorola's industry-leading Customer Service Request solutions portfolio. Prior to that role, she was the Senior Director for Services Marketing and Business Operations for Motorola’s Networks Business. She expanded the global services business by providing leadership in the implementation of best practices in achieving financial targets, business development, marketing, and solutions sales. She earned a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and her Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in marketing, finance, and management policy. Ms. Faehling is active in numerous industry and private sector organizations. Currently, she is an Advisory Board member and serves as a mentor for MENTTIUM, a mentoring organization for women, and volunteers on the marketing committee for a non-profit agency in the Arlington Heights area. |
