Carolyn Bostick, vice president and general counsel, manages the Trend Micro global legal team and advises the company on legal matters and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Trend Micro in 2000, Bostick specialized in intellectual property and antitrust counseling and litigation at the law firms of Brown & Bain and Heller Ehrman. Before going into to law, Bostick worked in communications and public relations in the public and private sectors.
Bostick graduated with honors from Brown University and earned her law degree from Stanford Law School. |
