Mrs. Bolduc graduated from the University of South Florida 1983 with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology. She began work in the field of accounting in 1984 and gained accounting experience in the computer industry from 1984-1990. In 1990 she became the controller of an architectural woodworking company and remained in the construction industry until 1995. From 1995:2000 Mrs. Bolduc was the accounting manager of one of the world's largest independent marine terminal companies, responsible for all financial reporting of their Caribbean terminal. Mrs. Bolduc returned to the construction industry in 2000 as assistant controller for Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. Mrs. Bolduc joined EMEGC in September 2005 as Controller of Affiliated Companies. Mrs. Bolduc is responsible for all accounting for C.E. Systems, Inc. and Alliance Power Solutions, Inc. |
