Mr. Scanlan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, a leading representation and advocacy organization for the medical field within Pennsylvania. She has served as Chairman of the Board of PHICO Group (a medical malpractice insurance company), and also served as Chairman of PHICO Insurance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PHICO Group. She has been a Harsco Director since 1998. |
