Caroline Strickler joined NET in 1998 as the dedicated human resources support for NET’s customer services organization based in NET’s Virginia offices. Over her tenure at NET she has used her innovative solutions to produce successful human resources initiatives which has led to NET’s current strong, proactive and viable human resources organization. Caroline relocated to NET’s headquarters in Fremont, CA last year and she has over eighteen years experience in designing, creating and managing the human resource function in the American, European and International arenas. Caroline holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of London, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nottingham and is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
