Caroline Simon-Michel joined HRM Software (now Cezanne Software) in 2003, as Head of the Finance and Planning department. She became Deputy Managing Director in 2005, focusing on operational management and the preparation of the merger with Cezanne Software, which was completed in 2006.
Prior to that, Caroline spent three years working for McKinsey, where she gained considerable experience in strategic consulting and business planning.
Caroline is a graduate of the leading French Business School HEC. She also holds a law degree from Paris II - Assas, specialising in business law and taxation.
Caroline was appointed a Director of Cezanne Software in 2006. |
