Caroline Manalo is a director in FTI’s Corporate Finance practice and is based in New York. For the past four years, Ms. Manalo has provided restructuring advisory services to companies and lenders. These matters have involved bankruptcy advisory, due diligence, bankruptcy claims analysis, damage analysis and litigation advisory.
Ms. Manalo has played an integral role in assisting companies with pre-petition bankruptcy planning, assessing and developing asset sale and liquidation plans, analyzing reclamation claims, managing the bankruptcy claim reconciliation process, performing claim estimations and distributing cash and equity. She has also assisted lenders with due diligence as part of the origination and monitoring of asset-based lending financings and securitizations.
Ms. Manalo’s most notable cases include U.S. Airways Group, Delphi, Footstar and KB Toys.
Prior to joining FTI, Ms. Manalo was a senior associate with the U.S. division of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Recovery Services practice.
Ms. Manalo received her M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.B.A. in finance from the George Washington University. She is also a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. |
