Caroline Lim heads our In-House Practice Group, Asia, in Hong Kong. She conducts a senior level attorney search practice in the region with an increasing emphasis on Greater China. Caroline has extensive experience in placing General Counsels and senior level regional counsels, as well as establishing and expanding legal teams on behalf of Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. Caroline was educated in England and earned her LL.B. (Hons) from Leeds University. After qualifying as a solicitor, she returned to Hong Kong where she practiced at U.K. law firms before moving in-house at Cushman & Wakefield Asia. Her understanding of practice at international law firms and multinational corporations in the region gives her an invaluable network and insight for her successful search practice. Caroline’s communication extends to fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, a good grasp of Malay, and an ability to play the piano at concert level. She is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales, Law Society of Hong Kong, and The Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers. |
