Caroline Edwards serves as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Succession Planning in the firm’s Hong Kong office. In this role, Caroline has completed numerous assignments including a global succession planning and analysis project for one of Japan’s top emerging companies. In this role, Caroline was responsible for assessing the potential and competency of internal executives, providing professional recommendations and delivering results to business unit leaders in South America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining DHR International, Caroline spent the majority of her professional career in Human Resources, serving in various capacities. Most recently Caroline served as HR business partner with HSBC in Hong Kong. Caroline’s key responsibilities included the retention and development of top performers at HSBC. Her expertise in HR extends to managing human capital in the areas of succession planning, team building, leadership assessment, career development and providing workforce solutions in competitive environments. In addition to succession planning, Caroline concentrates her executive search business within several industries and functions. Her expertise within search focuses primarily on senior management within the specialist areas of finance, legal & compliance, treasury accounting, operations and controls. Currently residing in Hong Kong, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wales. She is also a registered and accredited practitioner in the use of a wide variety of psychometric and people assessment tools in the areas of succession planning, psychometric assessment and competency frame work development. |
