Caroline Dorsa is Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Avaya. Avaya is a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
At Avaya Dorsa is responsible for providing fiduciary leadership and supporting profitable growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Avaya, Dorsa most recently served as Vice President and Treasurer at Merck & Co. Inc., responsible for a broad portfolio of financial functions including treasury, investor relations, portfolio management, tax and controllership for manufacturing. She also was the Secretary of the Finance Committee of Merck's Board of Directors. Before joining Merck in 1987, Caroline worked in the Mayor's Office of the City of New York, promoting economic development in midtown Manhattan.
Dorsa holds a B.A. from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of $20 billion New Jersey based public service enterprise group (NYSE:PEG) energy transmission and delivery company.
