Diaco steps into the publisher position after 10 years helping lead Footwear Plus advertising sales to record growth.
Demonstrating an impressive skill set in sales, marketing, industry knowledge, leadership abilities and new business development, Diaco has presided over a series of industry firsts in 2007 for Footwear Plus: The launch of Going Greener, the first magazine dedicated to coverage of the footwear industry’s sustainability efforts and eco-friendly fashions; Little Steps, a joint publication focusing on the rapidly growing kids footwear market segment and includes a bonus distribution with sister publication Earnshaw’s, the leading children’s wear B-2-B magazine for more than 90 years; the Footwear Plus Calendar; and, coming next month, Tread, the industry’s first magazine targeting the increasingly popular sneaker boutique market segment.
