In addition to serving as COO, Ms. Moore is the Senior Executive for the SBER Brand, focusing her efforts and passion on transforming and sharpening every aspect of the company's business model for the future. She manages SBER's relationships with valued stakeholders while managing all aspects of portfolio development including project selection, equity allocation, joint venture partnerships, development execution and the ultimate risk of the company's development projects, with current total project budgets of $500 million. Ms. Moore is the lead for the Baltimore market, including Charles Village, 1209 North Charles, Brewers Hill, Clipper Mill, Tide Point expansion, the home building division and the newly awarded billion dollar transformation of "State Center" located off Martin Luther King Boulevard. Ms. Moore joined SBER in 1986 and has advanced through the company, holding positions in brokerage, property management and development. From 1995 to 2002, she was director of commercial development where she helped to establish the company's niche as the premiere mid-Atlantic adaptive re-use developer by maximizing the use of unique historic tax credit financing. While concentrating much of ther effort in Baltimore, Ms. Moore is the company's senior development executive, growing the company's national portfolo - bringing innovations as refined in Baltimore to cities throughout America where Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse is currently developing complicated urban mixed-use projects of critical mass. |
