Caroline Vantine has more than a year of experience assisting immigration attorneys on employment-based immigration matters. Her responsibilities include: Preparation of nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1Bs, L-1s, and TNsPreparation of applications for permanent residence, including PERM applications, immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, advance parole, and employment authorization She also assists attorneys in asylum cases. Caroline’s commitment to her work is fueled by her own personal experience with the immigration process. After completing her studies in her home country of France, she experienced several years of frustration with the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services before finally obtaining U.S. citizenship. Her goal then became to work in an environment in which she could help make this process as smooth as possible for her fellow foreign nationals. She received her B.A. in English, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin Madison. |
