Carolin Berres is Consultant at Signium International, Munich, Germany having joined the Executive Search Industry in 2001. She has put a strong focus on international assignments and has covered a great variety of industries from telecommunications, consumer electronics, IT, hospitals, healthcare, manufacturing, building materials to real estate. Her assignments have been mainly management positions or specialist functions on mid / upper management levels for mid-sized to MDAX firms as well as large international corporations.

Prior to Carolin’s career with Signium International she worked in product management and contraction functions for several years for two leading tour operators in Germany and the U.S. Carolin graduated in Business Administration at the Fachhochschule Munich.
