Ms. Miller has more than a decade of experience representing employers with regards to the full spectrum of employment claims, specializing in the securities industry. She has litigated claims pending in more than twenty-five states and regularly appears before the NASD and NYSE (now FINRA), AAA and JAMS with respect to employment-related matters brought against brokerage firms and other financial institutions. She serves as the lead attorney and relationship manager for the firm's employment work with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., a client she regularly represents in courts and various arbitral venues across the country. In addition to litigating and arbitrating claims, Ms. Miller conducts management and employee training relating to employment issues in the workplace, drafts policies and handbooks, and regularly counsels employers with respect to various employment issues. |
