Carol Schwartz co-founded CCIS and serves as the company's President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Schwartz has over 12 years of operations and management experience and is responsible for all financial and contracting functions at CCIS. Ms. Schwartz assures the company's financial strength by managing costs, establishing budgets with other members of the management team, and ensuring that expenditures are properly justified and tracked, while maintaining a very positive relationship between the company and its employees. Prior to starting CCIS, Ms. Schwartz was a Program Manager at digitalESP, an IT staffing firm, where she worked with other senior managers to ensure that projects were on-time and on-budget. Earlier in her career, she worked with several other successful start-up businesses, giving her the expertise in the financial and operational discipline necessary to succeed in a services-oriented business. |
