Representative Matters
Member of the Bridge team of the post confirmation estate of Impath, Inc. for Impath’s equity interests. Impath was a provider of oncology diagnostics services which files for a Chapter 11 proceeding in New York in September 2003.
Member of Bridge’s Crisis Management Team for Torch Offshore Inc., a $70 million annual revenue offshore oil field construction company. Located in New Orleans, Torch provided shallow water oil field pipe laying services in the Gulf of Mexico and deep water pipe laying services off the West African coast and in Mexican coastal waters. Bridge provides interim management services and personnel to Torch.
Served as the chief accounting professional for the Bridge Wind Down Team serving Horizon Natural Resources, and an affiliated company, Lexington Coal. She was responsible for reconciling and resolving approximately 2,300 claims filed against the estate.
She was also a key member of the Bridge Wind Down Team for Brill Media, a media holding company which, before the sale of substantially all of its assets in 2003, owned and operated 12 radio stations and published 54 local newspaper and buyer guides. Ms. Logue was responsible for post-petition accounting of 74 debtor companies, claims reconciliation and distribution, preference analysis and administration of the estate's records.
Member of the Bridge Wind Down Team for Wickes Inc., a $450 million annual revenue supplier of building materials to the construction and home building industry. Ms. Logue was responsible for analyzing financial information in supporting potential preference actions.
Member of Bridge's Wind Down Team for Conseco Finance Corporation, a sub-prime lender and servicer of mortgage portfolios with assets of approximately $25 billion. In that role, she implemented post-confirmation accounting and reporting systems.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Logue was an independent contractor for financially troubled companies, including TransCom USA and Metals USA, offering expertise in: business and financial systems, claims reconciliation, bankruptcy scheduling, operating report preparation and systems integration.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Ms. Logue worked as an Assistant Controller for Rankin Automotive Group, Inc., an automotive aftermarket distributor with annual revenues of $100 million. Her responsibilities included budgeting, accounts payable, payroll reporting, sales analysis and risk management; was responsible for financial reporting for retail and commercial insurance agencies, two surplus line agencies and life insurance and premium finance subsidiaries for Century Surplus Lines/FG Holdings, Inc.; managed financial accounting for Atlantic Insurance International, Inc. and its spin-off, International Insurance Mangers. She also designed, directed and implemented the IT system for the Company's accounting and personnel functions
