EXPERIENCE

Carol specializes in the Accounting and Finance field. With her extensive experience in the industry, she has the expertise necessary to work on any position. Some of the positions she has worked on include financial analysts, controllers, accounting managers, tax managers, CFO?s, and Director-level positions. Carol works with companies in any industry, primarily in the Detroit-metro/SE Michigan area.

Since joining Variant Partners in 2003, she was nationally ranked in the top 10 for first year search consultants, and achieved ?Pacesetter? status in just her second year of recruiting. ?Pacesetter? status is a designation reserved for only the top 10% of recruiters in MRINetwork, out of over 5,000 recruiters.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Variant Partners, she held six positions in five functional areas within public and private accounting. There she developed analytical tools and initiated operational improvements which saved time and reduced cost.
