Carol worked in the healthcare industry for 13 years prior to joining Bukaty Companies in 1996. Her initial focus was to establish the 125/Flex Department allowing the company to provide a value-added service to Bukaty clients. Today, the department provides Flex and/or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) administration to more than 150 clients, representing companies from five to 4,500 employees. Under Carol’s direction, the department added COBRA administration as another value-added service for Bukaty clients. Currently, the department is providing that unique benefit to over 70 companies. Carol is also responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the company. Carol has a bachelor of science in consumer economics from Kansas State Universit. |
