Gershaw, who founded the Beacon Pointe Group in 2002, previously spent 15 years at Schering-Plough, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility, including assistant controller; senior director of sourcing and manufacturing strategic planning; regional director of managed care sales; VP of sales, marketing, planning, and analysis; and most recently, VP of information technology. A respected team builder who has managed operating and capital budgets in excess of $150 million, Gershaw was recently named to the board of C3i and appointed by the chief justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a director of the disciplinary oversight committee; Gershaw currently serves as chairperson for the organization's budget committee. She holds an M.B.A. in finance and a B.S. in biology from Rutgers University. |
