Carol DiBattiste leads an independent office reporting to the board of directors’ Privacy Committee responsible for reinforcement of the responsible use and protection of information through industry-leading privacy policies and procedures auditing and compliance and education and outreach.
DiBattiste was formerly deputy administrator and chief of staff at the Transportation Security Administration; under secretary of the Air Force; deputy U.S. attorney and assistant U.S. attorney at the United States Attorneys Office Southern District of Florida; director of the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys; and principal deputy general counsel of the Navy. She served 20 years on active duty in the United States Air Force and was one of the Air Force’s lead prosecutors. She was also a partner at the Law Firm of Holland & Knight.
Currently DiBattiste serves on the board of trustees of the Falcon Foundation.
