Carol M. Browner of Washington, D.C. is chair of National Audubon Society and chair of its Executive and Compensation Committees. She served as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from 1993 to 2001 and as secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation from 1991 to 1993.
