The early part of her career was devoted to directing and performing accounting economic and financial analysis for corporations involved in commercial disputes. Carol now exclusively provides strategic marketing and business development services.

Carol has contributed to an integrated approach to relationship development that embodies the core vision and strategies of the company. She provides strategic assessment and opportunity identification to support the sales strategy of the company. Carol continues to look for creative strategies for developing client networks. She has developed key strategic clients and succeeded in building and managing a network of relationships within clients across different levels. She has applied her expertise in the analysis of organizations and markets to figure out how to create value and motivate and involve people in delivering value to her clients.

Carol provides financial and economic consulting services to attorneys and corporate clients. She directed and performed damage claims analyses for companies in a wide range of industries involved in business disputes. Carol focuses on providing consulting services and supporting expert witness testimony in civil matters with particular emphasis on the calculation of damages in resolving business disputes.
Carol provided a broad range of financial economic and accounting analyses on matters involving commercial and environmental disputes. She analyzed the financial condition of corporations partnerships and individuals under a variety of circumstances including lost profits business interruption shareholder value and reduced profitability. She analyzed lost profits claims including economic analyses of past and future sales cost of goods sold increased costs relevant interest and discount rates. Carol assisted a major utility in the justification of cost growth related to design and construction of several nuclear power plants. She is experienced in developing damages strategies based on financial economic and accounting theories.

Civic Involvement
Carol is active in the civic community. She is one of the founding members of the Young Women's Leadership Charter School of Chicago - a Chicago Public Charter School that focuses on math science and technology - where she serves on the executive committee of the Board of Directors and Finance and Fundraising committees.
Carol is on the board of the Catherine Cook School -an independent school serving K-8th grade students. She chairs the Marketing Committee and sits on the Finance committee.
Carol is on the board of the Civic Orchestra - the training orchestra for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She co-chairs the marketing committee and sits on the executive committee.
Carol commits time to the National Association for Urban Debate Leagues - an organization that facilitates the participation in organized debate activities for as many urban students as possible.
Carol was appointed by the Illinois Medical District Commission to the board of the IMD Guest House - to build facilities that serve as short term housing for families of patients at Rush UIC and Cook County Hospitals. |
