Her mergers and acquisitions experience includes various strategic acquisitions for a public company provider of software and services to financial institutions as well as acquisitions and divestitures of health care services. Her representation of regional and national banks includes asset-based and commercial lending transactions, acquisition financings, capital lease financings and letter of credit financings. She also represents banks in their role as trustee in trust preferred security issues and other corporate trust matters.
