Carol C. McMullen is the senior executive responsible for the investment management, private banking and trust services provided by Eastern Bank.
Professional Experience Prior to joining Eastern in 2002, Ms. McMullen was the global head of sales for the Investment Management Group at Thomson Financial, where she integrated previously independent sales organizations into a cohesive team and was instrumental in developing its buy-side product strategy.
From 1995 to 2000, Ms. McMullen was a senior executive at Putnam Investments, where she held several key positions, including chief investment officer, Core Growth Equities; and chief investment officer, Global Growth Equities. In 1998, she was named head of Global Investment Research, which gave her responsibility for the leadership and development of more than 100 analysts worldwide. |
