Sister Carol Ann Jokerst joined CHRISTUS Spohn Health System in January of 1997. Sister Carol Ann works with mission integration in all areas and with spiritual care, wellness, community mobile van, hospice, congregational health ministry and ethics committees. Prior to joining CHRISTUS Spohn, Sister Carol Ann served as the leader for the Congregational Leadership Team working with the total congregation (United States, Mexico, Peru, El Salvador and Ireland). She has a Bachelor degree in English and French from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master in Sacred Scripture from St. Louis University and a Master in Spirituality and Psychology from Duquesne University. She is a board member of the American Diabetes Association, the National Conference for Peace, Justice and the Nueces County Community Action Agency and the Merced Housing Texas.
