Dr. Carol A. Twigg serves as executive director of the Center for Academic Transformation. She is the former vice president of Educom, where she founded the National Learning Infrastructure Initiative. The Initiative is a coalition of 85 institutions, organizations, and companies that are building new forms of student-centered, network-based teaching and learning. Prior to her service with Educom, Carol was Associate Vice Chancellor for Learning Technologies for the State University of New York. |
