Carmine J. Napolitano joined LeCroy as President - Serial Data Division in October 2004 as a result of the acquisition of Computer Access Technology Corporation (CATC). Prior to joining LeCroy he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Board of Director member for CATC starting in July 2004. Mr. Napolitano joined CATC in September 2002 as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He was promoted to President in November 2003. Before joining CATC, from August 1995 until August 2002, Mr. Napolitano was Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Centric Software, a leader in collaborative product development software. From November 1993 to June 1995, Mr. Napolitano held the position of Treasurer at Wavefront Technologies, a leader in 3D animation software. Mr. Napolitano received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a MBA in Finance from New York University. |
