Carmina Flores is Director of Training and Development at Barbachano International and for our Outplacement program counseling at our affiliate Challenger Gray & Christmas S.C. She has a Bachelors in Industrial Psychology and studies in Human Development at the Iberoamerican University in Mexico City. She holds a Degree in Total Quality Management from San Diego State University. She is a former President of the Industrial Psychologists Association in Mexico, past President of the Training Commission and member of the Board of Directors of the Mexico Entrepreneurial Center - Coparmex. Her experience includes holding Vice President and Director level positions in Human Resources and Organizational Development for companies like General Electric, Banco del Atlantico, and Seguros Olmeca (Allstate), as well as her own Organizational Development and Profile Assessment practice for over 15 years. She has been a lecturer in the areas of Personnel Selection and Training, Organizational Development, Interviewing Techniques, and Human Relation subjects in numerous Universities throughout Mexico |
