Carlos Rojas is Executive Director of Information Technology for CTi. He is responsible for the successful planning, implementation and maintenance of IT operations for the company. With his extensive experience and success with information technology, Mr. Rojas spearheads the direction of long-term IT solutions, polices and procedures that support the business needs of CTi and its clients. Mr. Rojas has successfully managed many large software application development efforts as well as complex system integration projects for our Federal and commercial clients. He brings over nine years of IT experience to CTi which covers the full software and systems development life-cycle efforts as well as systems/solutions architecture, software development, project and program management. Mr. Rojas has a bachelor of science degree in software engineering form the Universidad De San Buenaventura, and has a master’s in Information Systems at George Mason University. Mr. Rojas is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and certified ITIL professional. He is also an active member of the Herndon/Dulles Chamber of Commerce. |
