Carlos joined OMS in 2004 and brings with him over 19 years of industry experience. He is responsible for directing OMS’ operations strategy in all three of our collection centers and our off shore sites. Carlos ensures that both client performance and service expectations are met. This is accomplished by creating, implementing, and reviewing all strategies in conjunction with client work standards. Carlos is responsible for the direction of Client Services, Customer Service, and Information Technology departments. Carlos has been recognized by several partnerships for his outstanding performance and continued Best in Class Service.
Carlos started his career at Debt Control Center Inc. (DCC) and was promoted through the ranks to become Operations Manager. During his tenure at DCC, he was responsible for opening and developing two collection centers and for overseeing over 300 associates. His career continued at Intellirisk (IRMC), where he held the position of Director of Operations. While at IRMC, Carlos launched the Miramar, Florida collections center and was responsible for over 250 associates. He most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations at Asset Management Outsourcing.
