Carlos E. Bonilla was elected as a director of the Company in April 2006. Since March 2003, Mr. Bonilla has been Senior Vice President with The Washington Group. Prior to The Washington Group, he served as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush focusing on a variety of transportation and pension issues. Prior to joining the Administration, he was a Washington-based advisor to the Bush campaign. Before joining the White House, he was the economist for the House Budget Committee; chief economist for the Employment Policies Institute and the National Chamber Foundation at the US Chamber of Commerce and Institute for Research on the Economics of Taxation. Mr. Bonilla received a B.S. from The American University and a Master’s of Economics from Georgetown University. |
