Carlo Ugdulena has over 20 years experience in the IT and HR industry. He was with West80, a leading technology company, for 6 years, before joining Gruppo Formula, a major Italian ERP vendor, in 1993. Here he led the start up of the company’s HR business, growing the division, in just a few years, to be one of Italy’s leading HR solution providers. Carlo was a member of the executive team at Gruppo Formula when the company was taken public on the Nasdaq Europe Stock Exchange. In 2000, he co-founded Cezanne Software and as COO and then CEO, has been responsible for growing the company to become a recognized international leader in the HR Software industry. Carlo has a deep knowledge of European, US and South American IT and HR markets, having worked in several European countries (including Italy, Spain, France, Germany and the UK) as well as being responsible for managing operations and channel in North and South America. He has written several articles and speeches and taught at the University of Bologna. Carlo Ugdulena was appointed a Director of Cezanne Software on 16 October 2000 and Chief Executive Officer on 10 November 2004. |
