Carla Hendra has served as one of our directors since March 2007. Ms. Hendra has served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy North America since July 2005 and has been the President of OgilvyOne N.A. since 1998. Ms. Hendra leads the North American region of OgilvyOne Worldwide the world’s leading one-to-one marketing services network. Prior to joining Ogilvy in 1996 Ms. Hendra served as Executive Vice President Grey Direct a division of Grey Advertising from 1992 to 1996. Ms. Hendra serves as a director of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and OgilvyOne Worldwide. Ms. Hendra has also been a director of the Brown Shoe Company a global retail e-commerce and manufacturing company since November 2005. |
