Carla D. Nims Vice President and Senior Controller Ms. Nims is the Vice President and Senior Controller of the company, a position she has held since November 1, 2006. Prior to joining Falcon, she served for approximately 4 years as the Controller of Panther Pipeline, Ltd., which operates both intrastate and interstate natural gas pipelines. Previously, she was in public practice with a firm of certified public accountants. Ms. Nims obtained her Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Texas Tech University in 1989, and is licensed in Texas as a Certified Public Accountant. |
