Carl Wilson is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Marriott International, Inc. with global accountability for all business information technology resources. Marriott International, Inc. is a leading worldwide hospitality company with over 2,000 operating units in the United States and 57 other countries and territories. A top honoree of CIO magazine's distinguished list, the CIO 100, Mr. Wilson has held several key positions throughout his extensive career in information technology. He joined Marriott from Georgia-Pacific Corporation in 1997, where he served as CIO and Vice President of Information Resources. Prior to that post, Mr. Wilson also served as Senior Vice President of Management Information Services for the Food and International Retailing Sectors of Grand Metropolitan Plc. and Vice President of Information Management for The Pillsbury Company, Inc.
