Carl began his career with Web in 1971 when the company was only two years old, working part time during high school and college. After graduating from Bentley College with a degree in accounting, Carl began his business career with Cambridge Lee Industries, progressing through several positions in their accounting department. He then began his near 30-year tenure with Web Industries working in customer service. Carl moved to outside sales for several years before being promoted to General Manager of the Indianapolis facility. After six years, he was appointed to Chief Financial Officer for the corporation. Given his various roles within the company, Carl has a great understanding of what makes the business tick beyond just the financial components. He attributes his long tenure at Web to the strong values embedded in the culture and the terrific people he works with every day. |
