Carl Rubbo Jr. is Managing Member of BTO Towers Series 25 LLC. He has served as director since August 1999. He previously held the position of Vice President and CFO of Annapolis-based Capital Programs Management Inc. a full-service program management company focusing on the technology and biotechnology sectors. Prior to his position at CPM Inc. he served as Senior Vice President at Franklin National Bank of Washington and subsequently following Franklin's acquisition by BB&T Corporation as Vice President at BB&T.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Mr. Rubbo also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola College of Baltimore Maryland. |
