Carl Richard is currently an Executive Vice-President of P.R. Transportation, a trucking company located in Toledo, Ohio, and our consultant. Mr. Richard served as Vice-President of C.A. Transportation from 1988 through 2000 and as Vice-President of R.O.S.S. Investments, a real estate holding company, from 1980 through 2000. Mr. Richard has served as our Director since December 2004 and is a member of the Board's Nominating Committee. |
