Founder of LoBue Associates, Inc. Mr. LoBue has a long career in Financial Services. Prior to creating LoBue Associates, he was Senior Vice President of Crocker National Bank and Vice President of Citibank, N.A. His experience includes management of up to 800 staff in marketing, sales, credit, operations, systems, and client management departments.For the past 25 years, Mr. LoBue has consulted with senior executives at financial services companies in more than 40 countries. His experience spans a wide range of project and client types including: the development and execution of a job enrichment program for a securities processing business, the automation of a high-volume item processing environment for a major New York City bank, and the rationalization and redesign of a global bank's risk asset review process.Additionally, Mr. LoBue has served on the board of directors of several U.S. based corporations, including Homestead Savings and California Federal Bank. At Homestead, he was chairman of the compensation committee and at California Federal, he was chairman of the audit committee. He also served on the risk asset review committees at both banks. |
