Mr. Gandolfo brings ICOP more than 40 years sales management experience in the security law enforcement technology and automotive industries. After joining the Company in the Fall of 2007 as a Sales Manager overseeing ICOP’s independent manufacturers rep/dealer channel Mr. Gandolfo was promoted to Director of National Sales in February 2008 and is now charged with managing the Company’s direct and channel sales teams nationwide. From 1997 through 2007 Mr. Gandolfo was Director of National Sales at Code Blue Corporation an industry leader in interactive voice security systems. During his tenure sales grew more than 25% annually for nine consecutive years helping the Company to return to profitability and to substantially increase market share in both North and South Americas. Prior to Code Blue and following 20 years experience in various sales and sales management positions within the automotive industry at Goodyear Tire Company Purolator Oil Company and Rusty Jones Mr. Gandolfo served as General Manager of Illinois and Michigan operations for LoJack Corporation the global leader in wireless tracking and recovery systems for mobile assets. Mr. Gandolfo is an 18-year military veteran having served on active duty with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and reservist duty with both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. In addition he has ten years experience as an active police officer serving as a patrolman for the Creve Coeur Police Department and the Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department in Missouri. |
