Carl joined the company in 2004 as senior director of information technology. Carl's experience with technology applications in different settings from large corporations to his own consulting business gives him a well-rounded perspective on technology. "Information technology must give business leaders easy access to the information needed to make decisions," Carl says. "It's our job to provide those tools and to continue to seek opportunities to upgrade our systems to provide better interaction with our customers, our franchises and our associates. And this is in addition to making sure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently." Carl holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems, and a master of business administration, both from the University of Memphis. |
