Carl Christensen was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2008. He had been the Corporate Controller since November 2007. Mr. Christensen also held several other financial positions within the company having joined as Director of Finance at Precision Pattern in January 2001. Prior to joining DeCrane, Mr. Christensen was President of Kreonite, Inc. from 1998 to 2001, having joined the company in 1985 as Controller. |
