Dr. Carl Arlotta is a training associate for the Retention Management System. Dr. Arlotta has years of teaching experience in the field of organizational behavior, counselor education, and psychology.
Previously, Dr. Arlotta served as director of counseling and advising at Jefferson Community College (OH). There he developed and implemented a model retention program acknowledged as exemplary by the Ohio Appalachian Center for Higher Education. Dr. Arlotta also taught for 17 years at the graduate school of counselor education at the University of Dayton (OH), and in the psychology and M.B.A. programs at Franciscan University of Steubenville (OH). Dr. Arlotta is a licensed professional clinical counselor. He holds a doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Sarasota (FL). |
