Mr. Neun became a Director of the Company in December 2000. From March 1993 to January 2000, Mr. Neun was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tektronix, Inc., a test and measurement company. From September 1987 through March 1993 he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Conner Peripherals, Inc., a disk drive company. In September 2005, Mr. Neun was elected to the role of Chairman of the Board of Oregon Steel Mills, Inc. Mr. Neun continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Powerwave Technologies, Inc., and on the Board of Directors of Radisys Corporation.
