Carl R. Deters, Senior Vice President, is the principal broker of National Properties, the Real Estate Sales and Leasing division of Q10 | National. Carl joined National Properties in 1993. Carl has been active in the real estate field since 1976 when he joined Standard Insurance Company. At Standard he was responsible for management of their commercial real estate portfolio including property management, development, acquisitions and dispositions. After 10 years with Standard, Carl joined the RREEF Funds as the manager of their Portland district office. He became a Vice President and Director or Properties of RREEF in 1989, assuming responsibility for their Northwest property management offices in Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Northern California. Carl entered the brokerage side of the business in 1991 as a Vice President with Sid Woodbury Commercial Brokerage Co. Carl is a native Oregonian and holds Oregon and Washington real estate brokers licenses |
