Since joining GUARD Insurance Group in 1996, Carl Witkowski has held several executive management positions and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Administrative Officer. He is responsible for the development and deployment of information systems, legal operations, corporate communications, and human resources functions. In that capacity, he is involved in coordinating the resources utilized by various member companies, ensuring that GUARD has the human capital, technological assets, and business processes to transform data into business intelligence one key to achieving superior employee effectiveness and organizational productivity.
Carl has a multitude of management, executive, and administrative experiences. As a consultant, he provided business and strategic planning, executive coaching, and organizational development services to a host of public- and private-sector organizations. He also worked extensively in the behavioral health care field in clinical and managerial leadership roles and was a graduate faculty member of Marywood University. He is a frequent presenter on a variety of information technology and human capital topics at national conferences, serves on both the Information Technology and Human Resources Committees of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCIAA), and is active on boards and in leadership capacities for many professional and community groups. |
