Carl Keldie has served as Corporate Medical Director of PHS since August 2000. He is responsible for the establishment and oversight of company-wide medical and clinical services/policies peer review quality and utilization management for healthcare service delivery to more than 200 000 offenders. Prior to joining ASG in 2000 he was a Regional Medical Director with InPhyNet Medical Management. Dr. Keldie has extensive clinical and administrative experience including government contracting risk management quality improvement and development of an electronic medical record. He is board-certified in emergency medicine and is a member of both the American Medical Association and the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Keldie earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. |
